You’ll have the chance to taste genuine food from Norcia’s traditional recipes. Menu consists of:
Norcia’s starters, first course (3-4 options), second course (3-4 options), side dish, dessert and coffee. Beverages (water and wine) included.
First courses: Norcia’s Lasagne, Strangozzi, Tagliatelle with Porcini mushrooms or shrimps, Tagliatelle with tomatoes and ricotta cheese, Fioretti alla pecoraia.
Second course: Lentils soup, Spelt soup, Potage, Boar Stew, Lamb Stew, Mixture of Grilled Meats, Rabbit Stew, Pork Fillet with Porcini mushrooms, Home-made Sausages, Pork chop, Free-range Chicken.
